Trying to conceive question PLEASE READ EVERYONE!!!!!!!?

ive been trying to conceive a while and its hard with irregular cycles. went to the docs. im fine. he didnt put me on anything yet cuz he wants me to keep trying naturally. so i went out and bought some lubricant caled preconceive plus which is alot like the preseed that has gotten SOOOOO many people preggo. i havent had alot of symptoms only cramping and tiredness and headches.... but ive been having alot and very WEIRD dreams! and i never dream up until a couple weeks ago... is that a sign?? any stories? please help
