Sir completed my MBA with finance specilization in 2005?

present am working as market yst in a commodities trading frim. but here am not getting much knowledge regarding market ysis, and i didn't know wht actually yst follow for making ysis am working with my own knowledge to my extent. i want to improve my ytical skills, is there any special courses offer by any for market ysis in commodities markets. plz kindly provide this information. if not how can i improve my skills give me suggession.
